Port of Everett

The Port of Everett is located on Port Gardner Bay at the mouth of the Snohomish River. Contained on approximately 3,300 acres of property, half of which have been developed or are developable, the Port includes international shipping facilities, marine transportation, light and heavy industry, commercial mixed-use, recreational boating, tourism and public access. With 2,300 permanent boat slips, the Port has the largest public marina on the West Coast of the U.S.

The Port has a 13 lane, public boat launch located at 10th St & West Marine View Dr. The launch accommodates all boating options from small power boats to kayaks, provides an ADA accessible lane and lots of truck and trailer parking.

The first 2 hours of parking at the Port is free in designated Visitor Parking each day, year-round (except during select special events) with pay-to-park afterward. For rate information, click here.

The department is heavily involved in working with residents and provides outstanding services to the city.

The Downtown Everett Association (DEA), is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization that champions the downtown community by supporting economic vitality, stewarding public spaces and historic places, promoting local experiences, and cultivating a strong organizational network. For 25 years, they have collaborated with businesses, residents, governments, community organizations, investors, and developers to create a healthy, vibrant urban core.

DEA operates the Everpark Garage, (2815 Hoyt Avenue), which is owned by the City of Everett. The garage has 494 spaces and is open for business Monday-Friday, 7am to 6pm. Parking in over 200 spaces is available free after 6pm on weekdays and all day on Saturday & Sunday. For fee information and garage services, click here.
