One of 19 neighborhoods established in 1892, Bayside is unique in Everett because it contains a large part of the downtown core along with a residential area with a diversity of housing types. Housing stock consists of apartments, condominiums, duplexes & triplexes, and single-family homes. Businesses are comprised of large companies and family owned establishments.
Bayside Neighborhood's boundaries are 19th Street to Hewitt Avenue (North to South) and Broadway Avenue to Possession Sound (East to West).
