Need a little spice in your life?
If so, visit Sabai Jai Thai Cuisine located at 1707 Hewitt Ave. Owners since September 1, 2020. Catherine and Choong, husband and wife local Everett residents prepare authentic Thai dishes from their homeland. Both Catherine and Choong studied cooking in Thailand. Now Choong is the chef and Catherine does quality control (taste testing) and runs the bar and business. Their recipes are made with the traditional recipes from Thailand. They love hearing “This tastes like Thailand” from very loyal customers who travel from Seattle and Kent for their delicious food. Many gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options with sauces to match are offered. A vast menu offers appetizers like Garden Wraps and Sweet Chili Chicken Wings to Hot and Sour Soup, Mango Curries to the classics like Pad Thai and Stir-Fried Noodles. Don’t forget the dessert!
